Platter of freshly made sandwiches, selection of cheeses, celery sticks, crisps, nuts, fresh fruit.

FINGER BUFFET MENU                                                               

Freshly made sandwiches with assorted breads and fillings, sausage rolls, savoury eggs, mini pizza, various quiche, spiced chicken wings, bread sticks, garlic flutes, crisps, nuts.

Mini danish pastries, mini fruit tarts, fresh fruit.

FORK BUFFET MENU                                                                               

Prawn Duchess
Home made freshly baked choux pastry bun filled with prawns bound in a sherry laced Marie Rose sauce and finished with fresh lemon.

Sardine and Pea Curry
Sardines, peas and fresh mint marinated in our home made curry sauce.

Cold Meat Platter
Selection of sliced cold meats ( beef, ham, pork, spiced chicken and gala pie. )

Home Made Quiche Selection
Various types including vegetarian options

Accompanied with...

Russian salad, coleslaw, green bean salad, ratatouille salad, tuna and sweetcorn pasta salad, rice salad, mixed leaves, hot minted new potato and crusty bread with butter.

Famous Italian Porchetta with Slow Cooked Red Cabbage and Apple Confit

Finished with garlic and crisp bacon.  

Fricassée of Chicken

Chicken breast sautéed with sliced mushrooms, onion and garlic and finished with cream and paprika.

Roasted Vegetable Salsa

Finished with tomatoes peppers and garlic and served with savoury rice 

Served with freshly baked breads
