Crisp pastry tart filed with mushrooms sautéed with white wine, fresh herbs,garlic and cream
Pimento and Pesto Soup
Homemade soup full of red peppers, tomatoes, vegetables and lentils finished with basil and pine nut pesto
Beetroot Crème Fraiche and Confit Duck Salad
Freshly cooked beetroot blended with slow cooked duck, crème fraiche and garden herbs, presented on a bed of tossed baby leaves and finished with walnut.

Traditional Roast Turkey
Roasted turkey with homemade apricot and brandy stuffing served with all the trimmings, rosemary roasted root vegetables and roast potatoes.
Fresh Herb Cous Cous Crusted Pork Fillet
Prime fillet of pork roasted with a fresh herb cous cous crust served from the oven on a bed of bubble and squeak and finished with a rich red wine gravy and freshly tossed mange tout.
Seared Salmon with Fresh Asparagus and Fresh Herb Hollandaise
Fresh salmon seared quickly in the pan served with steamed asparagus and sautéed potatoes topped with fresh herb butter sauce.
Roasted Vegetable and Mozzarella Strudel
Peppers, aubergine, tomatoes, courgettes, onion and mushroom mixed with lentils and golden crumb baked in filo pastry and served with tomato coulis and balsamic glaze.
