Free advice for rural businesses in the south
WORKERS from the rural sector will be able to get free advice from a number of experts on Thursday, April 22 as Cowes Yacht Haven hosts the Isle of Wight Rural Business Training Day.
The event, which will run from 9am to 5pm, will offer information on all aspects of rural business, including planning consent advice, specialist software and grants and funding. Among the bodies attending will be Natural England, the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust and DEFRA.
There will be several 30 minute presentations during the day and the opportunity to ask questions.
Entry to the training day, which will be held at Cowes Yacht Haven’s Events Centre, is free but booking is essential.
