First awarded this prestigious accolade in 2023, we are delighted to announce that Cowes Yacht Haven has successfully retained its 5 Gold Anchor accreditation.
Awarded by The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA), the 5 Gold Anchor scheme is an independent assessment of marina quality, evaluating key areas including facilities, customer service, safety, and environmental management. Following our latest assessment, Cowes Yacht Haven achieved one of the highest marina scores in the UK, reflecting our team’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional facilities, outstanding customer service, and a first-class visitor experience.
The accreditation provides a valuable benchmark for our performance as a marina operator, helping us identify opportunities for continuous improvement while demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the highest standards for berth holders and visiting boaters alike.
We are particularly proud to have been invited to apply for Gold Anchor Platinum status, an honour reserved for a select number of exceptional marinas worldwide. Cowes Yacht Haven is one of only two UK marinas to receive this invitation.
In addition, we have retained our Clean Marina status, recognising our ongoing dedication to environmental responsibility and sustainable marina operations.
